EXAMPLE GSR CALL FORMAT Getting coaches started off right is the #1 thing you can do to ensure that your coaches are successful in this business from the beginning! Here is my general GSR outline. Takes ~30min-60 min.
1. Learn more about them, their goals – physical & financial
2. Assure them of their strengths so they can build on that.
3. Inspire them with business success stories
4. Explain that this is not about sales.
5. Briefly explain the trainings to be sent. 6. Answer Qs and set up the date/time of the follow up call (usually 1-2 wks later) to explain Success Club & discuss hosting their first Fitness Challenge.
Here’s what that GSR conversation looks like in a little more detail….
1) I have them complete the “about me” form that is attached to their welcome email, prior to the call, then we set up a call for a time that works for both of us.
2) First thing I briefly cover once on the GSR call are things from their about me form that will make them successful with this and a good fit.. i.e. I point out areas of strength (for example, if they’ve had great results with a program they should post their before & after at least a couple times per month, or they’re on facebook a lot already and get a lot of traction on posts already, or they have already helped a family member lose weight, etc)
3) I have them write down the names of successful coaches (from team hardcore or otherwise), briefly tell their story, and specifically mention those coaches this coach will be able to relate to. Inspire them.. because they CAN do this too! I typically tell stories from Mindy Wender, Meg Wiczynski, Krystal Bland, Cory Miller, etc.. I usually pick 2-3 that i think have something in common with this person’s situation and fears.
4) I explain what drives the business financially.. “Next I just want to make sure you know what drives the business financially.. it’s having an engaged team, i.e. team bonus becomes the financial driver over time, not sales”. I emphasize there’s no need for stress about making sales.. do your workouts, believe in yourself and the biz and develop friendships/relationships EVERY SINGLE DAY,… sales & new team members who are like-minded come out of that when you are engaging in conversations and being a good listener who knows there are products and a business that can help them. I explain it’s the team bonus that is so lucrative, not sales. You have to build a team over time, consistently, and develop leaders. Making someone fit is great, but making someone fit *and* financially free is even greater
5) Then I go on to explain briefly the trainings i’ll send via email (core activities -everything every coach who wants to be successful in 2-3 yrs should be doing these things) and ‘new coach training’ webinar that mindy wender and I did that explains a lot about using Facebook for this biz and a link to our coach success group. Both trainings are on JenelleSummers.com .. the login username is teamhardcore and the password is fitness.
6) I answer q’s and we set up our follow up call for a week or two later. <<<< CRITICAL.. don’t get off the phone without scheduling the follow up call. We get it on the calendar and I explain i’ll talk to them about SC and hosting challenges at that time ..as well as any q’s they have about the trainings I sent.

WROPES- How to Get Your New Coach Started Right!
The first commitment in the Beachbody Game Plan is to have a “Getting Started Right” interview with your sponsor coach within 24-48 hours of joining the team.
I created the following system to use with my coaches during that interview so I would be sure to cover
all the important details of getting started. Depending on the drive and commitment level of the new coach
I may limit the amount of info from the following list until they are ready. Some coaches are ready to hit it hard
from the start and others want to take baby steps. Either way is fine! As a leader you must determine how much
info you want to put on your new coach.
This system works well for me because if I can remember “WROPES” then I can do a “Getting Started” interview
anywhere and wouldn’t ned to be behind my computer or notes to know everything was covered!
All new coaches need to learn the WROPES of the business!!! Help them get started as best you can and
follow up with them as much as possible!
W- (3 W’s) What’s your WHY, Set up your WEBSITES, & WOWY.
(I want to know their commitment level and how it relates to their WHY/Goals. Explain where
to go to set up their websites, explain they have 3 website and tell them to refer to their Welcome
email that I sent. Explain WOWY and why they need to log 8 live workouts a month.) TIP: explain how to purchase their own domain/url from godaddy.com to make it shorter and personalize it R- READ & Listen to Audio (Personal Development)
(I explain how this isn’t a business of selling but a business of passion and self development.
You cannot lead others unless you are leading yourself. Constantly improving and moving forward.

Go over and explain how mindset and their positive philosophy is HUGE and something they really need to work on 1st before they go into anything else. If they have the right intentions of wanting to HELP others without expecting anything in return they will go far and they will be happier and more successful! How to create this mindset again PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT the magic of thinking big is great and also the go giver BUT also just setting out every day to help others without expecting anything in return. If you have this mindset people will want to do business with you. O- One hundred names (Making Connections and building relationships)
(I make sure they know this is not a list of people to go pounding down the door about Beachbody.
Its people they know that they don’t speak to every day that they can start reconnecting and building
relationships with. A simple HELLO and casual conversation. THIS IS IMPORTANT- I tell them once they
have their list of 100 names complete to CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW! This is my signal that they
are ready to move on to the next step. It also tells me how serious they are by how quickly it gets done. Once
they have finished their list I explain my index card system for following up and how they need to add names
to their list by meeting 2-5 new people every day. How simply smiling at someone and listening can bring business
to them!)
Explain WARM market vs COLD market
SIDE NOTE: Family not interested: SOCIAL MEDIA IS HUGE!!! Facebook, youtube, twitter, blog, etc Just be REAL, be interested not INTERESTING, ask questions and LISTEN< and BUILD RELATIONSHIPS! P- Platinum Presenters & Team On Fire & Coach Academy

I explain who we are as a team and why its CRUCIAL to their success to stay connected and plugged in!)
E- Emerald
(I tell them my goal for them is to be Emerald 30 days from this getting started call. I tell them what they can expect from me
as a leader and what I will do for them depending on their level of drive. If they want to work 5 hours a week Illl explain how to maximize
that time. If they want to work 10 hours a week -same thing. Tell them benefits of being Emerald!) Tell them how following the Game Plan
everyday will get them there.
S- Shakeology
(Being a product of the product and how Shakeology is changing the game. Explain the Shakeology Starter pack, Showcase pack,
and Diamond Pack.)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS:
WHAT TO EXPECT: this isn’t a get rich quick type of deal which is a good thing because that means its legit and something that is going to last! If you commit to working the game plan daily, having the right mindset, and being consistent with this business in about 3-4 months you should expect (on average but you can DEF do more this is just average) $100-$200 weekly. I have seen coaches out do this BUT this is just someone who is working this part time etc. The first 3 months you are still getting your feet wet trying to find your mojo and learning the basics so thats what to expect. AFTER that 6-8 months on average people earn $500-$600 weekly if you are doing all the things above consistently. AFTER THAT at around 12-14 months in this business on average be earning $1,000-$1,200 weekly. This isn’t a guarantee you can earn more than this or less but its all about YOU and up to YOU. I will def be here to answer ALL your questions, support you, and I 100% believe and KNOW FOR A FACT you can achieve this and more but this is what you can expect DAILY TO DO LIST: 1. Add new people to network (once you get your feet wet/work your way up to 3-5 ppl daily) 2. Returning messages 3. 2 exposures per day (exposure: explaining the business or products to new person) 4. Follow Up (if you aren’t following up within 24-48 hours you are missing out on A LOT of business) 5. Tracking - I use the BAT Business Activity Tracker Form -located under documents.
